Fees

The registration fee includes:

•  Access to all Conference sessions

• Materials and documentation

• Coffee break(s), refreshments and lunches

• Conference Social Dinner

*Accompanying persons will have access coffee break(s), refreshments, lunches and gala dinner but not to the Conference materials and documentation, nor held any presentation. The access to this fee implies that the registration as an accompanying person is connected to a regular (or student) registration.

Payment with credit card will is possible at your personal/registration area.

Proforma

A pro forma document can be download at your personal area but first some details must be filled in.

• Choose a Fee

• Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and Refund

• For any cancellation received until 15^th July, 2026, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded (an administrative fee of 10% will be applied.

• For any cancellation received after 15^th July, 2026, no refund will be made.

• All bank charges involved in the transactions should be paid by the participant.

• Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt.

• Refunds will be handled after the Conference.

It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
