Abstracts
Submission of abstracts from 16th March to 5th April.
The Abstracts must be Maximum: 2 pages (for both oral and poster presentations).
The name of the presenting author must be underlined.
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Each registered author may submit a maximum of 2 (TWO) Abstracts as presenting author.
At least one author of each Abstract must register for the Conference.
There is no limit to the number of Abstracts on which an individual may appear as a non-presenting co-author with other registered authors.
In-line references should be cited using superscript numbers (Nature style) as used in the Abstract template.
The list of references should be displayed according also to the Nature style as used in the Abstract template.

Please find the Abstract template here for download: https://hpbb2026.events.chemistry.pt/abstracts. Each Abstract file should be saved as follows: name_surname_poster.docx or name_surname_oral.docx (or doc). PLEASE USE THE ABSTRACT TEMPLATE TO PREPARE YOUR ABSTRACT AND JUST REPLACE THE CONTENT WITH THE INFORMATION OF YOUR ABSTRACT
To submit your abstract, you have first to create an account, by clicking on the icon Registration Form and follow the instructions below to create a personal account:
Insert your information and click CONTINUE:
Insert your personal data and click CONTINUE:
Select the registration type and if you have any food restrictions/particularities (we will do as much as possible to attend all food restrictions/particularities). Then click SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION:
After completing the registration process, please check your email inbox (check also the spam folder) to confirm your registration information. The email is to be sent by Sociedade Portuguesa de Química.
You can proceed to your personal area immediately after registering by clicking on ‘Go to personal area’, or return to the link later. When you log in to your Personal Area, you will see a menu labelled ‘My publications’, where you can add your abstract. Once submitted, you can edit or delete it until the submission deadline or until it goes into review. You will also be able to track the status of your abstract.
